Thermooil serves as a heat transfer medium for transferring energy between the boiler and the baking oven. Thermooil with a temperature of approximately 300 °C flows in the heating radiators, similar to hot water heating, and ensures maximum baking temperature. Since the difference between the thermooil and the temperature in the baking chamber is minimal, baking takes place with gentle radiant heat - similar to steam ovens.
