In Střelná Bakery they are aware of technical progress, but at the same time they want to maintain the tradition of their craft. Based on their wishes, we have designed a new production line so that the essential feature of the bakery - a significant proportion of manual work - is still preserved.
A wide range of baked goods is baked in Vsetín on a new semi-automatic bread line consisting of three eight-position ThermoStar ovens, a asistent-com planter, a bread proofing oven, a proofing table and a feeding table to speed up the process of fitting individual products.
Box proofers of our production ensure the correct dough rising process. After rising, the dough wedges are manually placed on the feeding table and then on the proofing table with a rotary brush to ensure the final colour and shine of the bread. The dough clones are automatically placed in the individual stages by the automatic planter Asistent Com. After baking, the products are conveyed to dispatch using spiral chute conveyors.
The line includes two EkoBlocks, which contribute to environmental protection by converting all waste energy into hot water. This can be used to heat the digester.
