Processing of personal data

Your data is managed by Kornfeil spol. s r.o., with registered office in Čejč 66, 696 14 Čejč, identification number 434 41 980, which operates the website kornfeil.cz.
As the controller, we collect, store and use your personal data in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the protection of personal data, as well as in accordance with internal legislation, for the purposes defined below.
We are issuing this policy so that you are adequately informed about what personal data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data and what rights you have.

We use your personal data, i.e. information relating to an identified or identifiable person, for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent. However, personal data is always used to the extent that is appropriate and necessary for the purpose in question.
If you have given your consent, we process your data for marketing, personnel and business purposes, to the extent specified in the individual form:
- Contact form - email and phone - so that we can respond to your enquiry or send you an offer.
- Career form - first name, last name, email, phone, CV, or link to LinkedIn profile - so that we can include you in the selection process.
- Workshop form - first name, last name, email, phone - to sign up for the workshop.
- Newsletter - email - to send news and business communications based on your consent.

our employees who need it for their work,
the web hosting provider and web administrator,
providers of analytics and marketing services (e.g. Google, Meta, Mailchimp - if used),
public authorities, if required by law.

All of our partners and suppliers must ensure data protection as carefully as we do.

We process your personal data for as long as necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the mutual legal transaction, and for as long as we are obliged to retain the personal data under generally binding legal regulations.
The period of processing results from the purpose for which your personal data is processed or is determined by legal regulations.

We handle your data transparently and in accordance with the law, so here is a summary of your rights:

the right to know what data we process about you and why,
the right to request correction of inaccurate or outdated data,
the right to request the erasure of your data if it is no longer needed or if you withdraw your consent, except where we retain the data to comply with a legal obligation,
the right to restrict processing if, for example, you question its accuracy,
the right to object to processing if it is based on a legitimate interest,
right to data portability if you want to obtain or transfer your data to another controller, for data that have been processed on the basis of consent or contract,
the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time by sending an email to kornfeil@kornfeil.cz,
the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ww.uoou.cz) if you believe that your data is not being handled correctly.

We use cookies on the website. Some are necessary for the proper functioning of the site (e.g., to maintain a session or remember settings).
Other cookies are only used with your consent - typically to measure traffic (e.g. Google Analytics), target advertising (e.g. Facebook Pixel) or protect forms (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA).
