The Variant cyclothermic deck oven was Kornfeil's first product and has become part of the success of hundreds of Czech and Slovak bakeries that have been baking high volumes of classic wheat-rye bread for years.

Baking in the Variant deck oven requires setting up according to the rules, but once you master them, you won't want to give it up. Thanks to its robust construction, it will bake with you for decades.

The Variant bakes day and night, but when you add an Asisten loading machine or EkoBlok to the line-up, you take your bakery to a new level of efficiency, economical and enviromental sustainability.

01. EkoBlok Bake efficiently and protect the environment at the same time. By using the waste heat from the deck ovens through the EkoBlok, you can reuse up to 20% of the input energy depending on the baking capacity. The aim of the project was to modernize bread production, speed up the process of loading, ensure stable product quality and at the same time preserve the character of artisan baking.

We got to work, proparly analyzed the production space and according to the needs we came up with personilazed Kornfeil solution which delivered results our client wanted.
