From 24 to 27 October in Stuttgart, visitors will be able to see the new compact modular FORNATA MINI, the THERMOSTAR thermal oil deck oven and the THERMOMAX thermal oil rack oven at the Kornfeil stand.
This year, however, the conversation goes beyond individual ovens. Kornfeil is building its Südback presence around four topics shaping bakery investment decisions: automation, flexibility, efficiency and baking quality.
How can bakeries produce more with the people they already have? How can they invest in technology today without knowing exactly what they will be baking five years from now? Does an older oven that still works still make economic sense? And how can production grow without compromising product quality?
These are the questions Kornfeil wants to discuss in Stuttgart.
“Kornfeil has changed significantly in recent years. A new generation has taken responsibility for the company, but our starting point remains the same: understanding bakers and what they really need in everyday production. We don't want to develop technology for technology's sake. We want to keep learning from bakeries around the world and use that knowledge to move both our solutions and the baking industry forward,” says Martina Kornfeil, CEO of Kornfeil.
The three ovens on display reflect different answers to these challenges: FORNATA MINI offers modular growth and independent deck control in a compact footprint; THERMOSTAR combines higher production capacity with consistent thermal oil baking; and THERMOMAX brings thermal oil technology into a high-output rack oven format.
