The Fornata electric deck oven is perfect for bakeries with wide product range made in smaller volumes. Or simply in places where there is no gas flow.

It comes either in smaller version with 4 decks or you can choose the giant with 7 decks. It is the ideal solution for shops or growing bakeries.

The goal was to equip the bakery with modern technology that would enable the stable production and baking of a wide range of sourdough breads as well as sweet and savory pastries.

The Fornata electric deck oven was chosen for the bakery, which, thanks to its even heat distribution, ensures stable quality and reliable results when baking bread. The oven enables efficient baking of various types of products and brings the necessary flexibility to everyday production. The solution also included the Asistent Com loading device, which facilitates dough handling and the actual placing of loaves in the oven. Thanks to this, the process became not only faster and more efficient, but also gentler on the bakers' work.

The new equipment allowed the bakery to expand production without compromising the quality, while achieving more efficient dough and baking processes. The technology contributed to the stable quality of the finished products while preserving the artisanal character on which the brand is built.
