WHAT IS EKOBLOK BYPASS?

EkoBlok is an environmentally friendly device for the complete utilization and processing of waste energy, exhaust gases, and steam from gas and oil baking ovens as well as steam and thermal oil boilers. It reduces harmful substances from the exhaust gases of individual ovens, including CO₂ emissions, and protects the environment.

The bypass ensures completely safe operation of bakeries even when there is excess energy, as it diverts flue gases and steam from the ovens outside the EkoBlok exchangers. Based on the energy balance of each bakery, we design the size of the EkoBloks to suit your specific needs, including the capacity of the storage tanks.

Up to 25% energy savings

Bakeries significantly reduce their energy consumption thanks to the application of EkoBlok. In the case of small and medium-sized bakeries, the savings range from 20-25%, while for large and industrial bakeries, savings of up to 25% can be achieved. By connecting all the flue gas and steam extraction pipes of the bakery ovens directly to the EcoBlock, the cost of supplying certified flue gas extraction chimneys is significantly reduced. UTILIZATION OF FREE ENERGY

Energy obtained from exhaust gases and steam condensation heat is converted into hot water (approx. 85°C) and then stored in tanks for further use for heating and cooling purposes. The second waste heat output (approx. 40°C) is used to preheat cold pressurized water for DHW tanks and to supply water to steam generators.
