In fully automatic continuous chambers, the proofing process is controlled by the MultiControl software.
Each design of a continuous proofer is individually designed based on
customer's needs.

  • Developed for free-proofed wheat products such as ciabatta, pizza, etc.
  • Fully automatic operation with high product variability
  • Free proofing on trays with automatic loading and unloading of proofed products
  • Fixed or variable proofing time (40–120 min) at a lower temperature, e.g., 25–26 °C
