Automatic bread lines

The foundation of automatic bread lines is the operating system MultiControl, which controls the whole proces of baking for you. This  technological line offers first class porous bread which is the right volume, is correctly baked, and with a long shelf-life.

What do Automatic bread line lines consist of?

 Basic types of bread lines:

  • With manual tipping of the baskets- the operating personnelle manually tip the dough out of baskets and onto the feed table-after which it is automatically loaded into the correct deck by the Asistent. After baking the bread is unloaded by the Asistent and placed onto the cooling expedition transporter. The whole process of baking, excluding the manual tipping of dough out of the baskets, is completely automatic.

  • With continuous proofers- The dough is here after leavening, then it is taken to the feed table, after which it is  automatically loaded into the correct deck by the Asistent. After baking the bread is unloaded by the Asistent, and placed onto the cooling expedition transporter. The whole process of baking and manipulation is completely automatic and the working personelle  functions only as an intermediary.
